Inappropriate Development

  • Winston Hills is designated as a “Special Character Area” by Parramatta City Council.
  • The Council’s “Parramatta Plan 2001” specifies that “new houses must retain the single storey scale of the streetscape”.
  • This development certainly does not satisfy that requirement.
  • If you wish to retain the the character of Winston Hills and want to prevent this type of inappropriate development contact your Local Councillors to express your concern.
